In order to further grow the company and achieve our vision, Leitwert took the next step on its journey and transitioned from an LLC to a stock corporation.
This provides the legal basis for collaborations with investors. There are no changes to the company’s leadership structure and there are no direct implications for our clients, partners and employees.
